The service

PINORA helps users catalog clothing, organize a digital closet, and generate AI-assisted outfit previews. You must provide accurate account information, keep access secure, and use the service lawfully.

AI previews are not guarantees

Virtual try-ons are generated visual approximations. They do not guarantee sizing, fit, fabric behavior, color accuracy, body measurements, merchant inventory, or how a garment will look in person. Do not rely on them as professional, safety, medical, or purchasing advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos and garment information you submit. You grant PINORA a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You must have permission to upload the content and must not submit unlawful, exploitative, or rights-infringing images.

Subscriptions

Premium purchases are billed through Apple or Google and renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store. Prices, trial eligibility, billing periods, refunds, and taxes are shown by the store before purchase. Restoring a purchase does not create a refund. Fair-use limits may apply to computationally expensive AI features and are shown in the app.

Availability and accounts

Features may change as image providers, costs, laws, and platform requirements evolve. We may restrict abusive or automated use. You may delete your account in Profile; deletion is permanent and does not itself cancel an external store subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. PINORA does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for PINORA during the preceding twelve months. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes

Material updates will change the effective date and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
